Graduation applications are due Friday, November 3rd at 4:00 pm. Please download the Graduation Application, save it to your computer, fill out the form, save changes, and submit it via email to your Success Coach.

The last day to drop a class with a “W” is Monday, November 20th, at 6:00 pm. To complete the Class Withdrawal Form, please download the form to your computer and enter your information into the fillable fields. Once you have completed the form, save your changes and schedule an appointment with your Success Coach to get it signed before submitting it to the Office of the Registrar.
